• Errors or omissions in the contents.
• Lack of availability of the portal.
• Transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the contents, despite having taken all the necessary technological and security measures to prevent it.
• The licit, negligent, fraudulent or contrary use to the Legal Notice.

Accommodation prices

The contents included in this website are merely informative, and the RESPONSIBLE of the website reserves the right to modify it without prior notice. The prices and rates indicated do not include VAT, are provided as a reference and without contractual validity.

Reservation policy

The reservation will be made through the form included in this website, without the need to make the payment during the same reservation procedure. The reservation will not be considered as accepted until the RESPONSIBLE person confirms it by e-mail to the address indicated during the reservation process.

Minimum length of stay is 2 nights, weekends/holidays.

One-night stays are offered from Sunday to Thursday.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days in advance, except for long weekends and holidays, which will be 14 days in advance.

Conditions of the accommodation

According to the policy of the accommodation Attic 27, pets are not allowed in the tourist apartment.

Check-in time is from 2pm. Check-out until 12pm. There is the possibility of late check-out (previous consultation).

There is also availability of luggage room (previous consultation).

The owner of the accommodation reserves the right to charge the guest in case of any damage to the building, apartment, furniture or belongings.
