As the name suggests, this apartment is located in the attic of a beautiful building in the center of the village.
From the apartment´s windows you can enjoy of an incredible view of the village, since most of the houses do not have more than two floors.
At Attic 27 we are aware of the environment
Our energy trading companyonly uses renewable energy sources. The toiletries are environmentally friendly.
By the way … The bathroom is small, practical, and functional. As the apartment is in a building listed as protected by the City Counci;, we were unable to create more space.
You can shower, brush your teeth … everything as usual. But you might have to bend over a little bit.

Where is Attic 27?
You can find Attic 27 on Calle Rey Juan Carlos 27 (traditionally known as “Calle de las Tiendas”) in Villanueva de los Infantes.
The location is central, you just have to leave the street and, a few steps away, you are in the Plaza Mayor, the town main square.
You find Villanueva de los Infantes ein the Campo de Montiel region. In its close surroundings, there are towns such as Almagro (where the International Classical Theater Festival is held in July each year), San Carlos del Valle and, if what you are looking for is nature, the Natural Park of Las Lagunas de Ruidera and the Tablas de Daimiel National Park.

Parking is free. You can leave your car on the street or in the Plaza de la Fuente Vieja, a beautiful place where there is a lot of space.
Attic 27 is a 36m2 tourist apartment with an open-plan atmosphere. The maximum capacity of our accommodation is 4 people, and consists of: Living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The accommodation has two 1.35m beds: One is easy-to-use folding and the other is a sofa bed.
The minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends/holidays.
One-night stays are offered from Sunday to Thursday.
The rates are:
- SPECIAL OFFER APRIL, MAY, JUNE: 75€/night for 2 persons or individuals.
- Price for 4 persons (2 persons in double bed and 2 in sofa-bed, both 1,35m): 103€/night.
- Extra bed 15€/noche por persona.
- Breakfast 6€/person (on request).
- Free baby crib (1-3 years)
Pets are not allowed in our tourist apartment.
If you are interested in culture and museums, in our village you can visit the Museum of Contemporary Art (which has permanent and temporary exhibitions of great interest) and the Dados Negros Art and Holography Center, based at the Pepe Buitrago Foundation.
In Villanueva de los Infantes there are numerous festivities throughout the year such as, for example, the May Crosses, a festival linked to the cult of the Cross and the Passion of Christ, and which has been declared of regional tourist interest.
Check-in hours from 2p.m. onwards. The check-out of our tourist apartment is until 12Pm. However, you can stay until later, you just have to ask us about the availability of the accommodation.

Hello, my name is Lourdes, and I have always liked traveling and slow tourism. In my travels, the places I have stayed in and have liked the most are those that made me feel at home.
The feeling of having your own space, a place to reflect, after a day of traveling, walking and experiencing new sensations, is for me the best thing in the world. And this is just what I want to offer you with Attic 27.
From my town, Villanueva de los Infantes, I like the local architecture, especially the popular one. But also the experience of living in a quiet environment, without noise.
In addition, the landscape of the town is something unique that I have not found anywhere else.
